Micro Piracy, Yes I've been ripped off!
What have we here? Some person liked my fur desktops so much that he wanted them on his mobile phone, but instead of just asking if he could use them for anything other than the license states (which you automatically agree to by downloading the files) he figured that he could just ripp them off.
And if you look at them in my goodies section you can probably tell that they take some time to make. So should I take this person to court for license violation and copyright theft?
I don't think so. He showed some minor respect and added my name to it, but now it looks like I did it. Damn it, I'd never publish anything that's remotely close to the JPEG shown on his site. So his good intentions
actually damages my reputation if people associate this with my person.
Conclusion: If you rip-off other people's art on the web be clear about it, since you will be found out and then only get into trouble.

I should note that the issue has been solved in a very friendly and civilized way as i think. Hopefully I can get the site's owner to comment on this too.
